White Bear Lake JO Volleyball is a member of the North Country Region organization. The primary objective of this web site is to serve our membership and improve communications. WBL JO seeks to provide a community and volunteer-driven program to promote the growth and development of our players. In addition, our Association works to promote a fun, fair, and safe environment that maximizes participation and improves players' skills while developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence.

Bears Youth Volleyball Camp
Register for the Bears Youth Volleyball Camp at WBL North Campus July 13 - 16 (Mon-Thur). Register by June 1st. More information and registration form available on the Camps/Clinic page (Click Here)

Presidents' Day Festival
North Country Region is excited to announce the 19
th Annual North Country Region Presidents’ Day Festival. The festival will feature two days of spirited volleyball competition among teams from many states and regions. The 2009 festival will take place on Saturday, Feb. 14 and Sunday, Feb. 15. It includes two rounds of pool play followed by all teams advancing to various levels of playoffs based on results of pool play. All teams are guaranteed at least seven matches.

Black teams (our top, most competitive teams) may have an additional tournament fee of $25-$30.

Mandatory Player Officiating Clinic:
This clinic is mandatory for all players so they understand all of the details of officiating volleyball. You are strongly encouraged to attend the clinic scheduled in White Bear Lake.

Grant Money Opportunity from Foundation IX for 2009 Season
Foundation IX is no longer accepting applications for this season.
There is an opportunity for some of our participating families to receive financial assistance with club activity fees for the 2009 playing season. This opportunity involves the Foundation IX “Let Me Play” participation grant.
