We are excited to announce our partnership with ETS Performance – Northeast Metro, a premier sports performance training facility dedicated to helping athletes maximize their physical and psychological potential. ETS Performance specializes in developing speed, power, deceleration, energy system efficiency, movement quality, and overall performance mastery.

  • During the Athlete Evaluation we will go through our dynamic warm-up then proceed with speed, strength, vertical jump and a mobility screen. We will then review the results with you and your athlete and prescribe the best training plan for them moving forward.

ACCELERATION SPORTS TRAINING CENTER

Acceleration offers high quality training for athletes of all sports and all skill ranges. From traditional speed, power, quickness (SPQ) to specialized hockey performance training, Acceleration has a training option that’s right for you. In addition to our traditional session-based packages, Acceleration is excited to offer a monthly membership as well. Memberships are a good option for athletes with a consistent training schedule, while session packages are better for athletes that need more scheduling flexibility.

Penny Danks

Penny has years of experience both playing and coaching various sports. Penny loves working with high school and college athletes across many sports including softball, volleyball, lacrosse and hockey.  Penny currently has many clients of all ages and skill levels with a variety of goals. Her progressive training approach helps strengthen athletes from the inside out as well as emphasize the importance of injury prevention training.

Penny is a CPT (certified personal trainer), PES (performance enhancement specialist)—Certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).     https://www.nasm.org/

Penny is Lower Body MAT certified (muscle activation technique).
