Hi,
I will be managing the website content for the WBL JO volleyball and have a few questions.  Is it possible to call someone?:

1) Does the WBL Volleyball Association owe any money for hosting this site for the next year?  If so, how much and where do we pay?

2) When I want to enable the online registration, do you set something up, or clear out last years records?  I see how to enable it from the Admin perspective.

3) Can the website Admin control the content of the Online Registration?

4) If you clear out last years records, will the Family Database be deleted or does that stay as is?

5) Is it possible to change the template of our website without a cost?  Do only you control the color schemes of the pages?

6) Is the Family Database accessible through the website by users?  If I had a form that could be filled in with data from the database, can I get at the data?

That's all I can think of now.

Thanks Brian.  Here are some answers:

1. We have an accounting system that invoices people.  I'll have to look up when you get invoiced.  As I recall, your annual fee for everything is about $300 to $500.  However, to be sure, I have to check.

2. Yes, we will clear out last years records......sort of.  We actually reset the data versus clearing it.  We'll help you get running again.

3. Not really.  We customize online registration for you.  A website SuperAdmin can control some of it.

4. The family database stays as is.  We don;t clear it.  We reset it so people can register again.

5. Yes, you can upgrade the template of your website.  No, there is no cost.  We have about 50 to choose from.  They are on our website.  We can change more than just the color scheme of your pages.

6. No, the family database is not accessible to others in the public interface.  Too many privacy issues.  Yes, you can get at all data in the registration database.  We have a feature that dumps the entire thing to Excel for you.

We also need to upgrade your site.  This will bring a few new features and upgades online registration.  When do you wish to turn on registration.  Also, please note that your group uses it for headcount only and has had people still register in person.  The online registration feature on this site allows full capabilities including credit card payments.
