  Pin Number and E-mail Address

I tried to register for a pin number and I was told I already have one and that I should enter my e-mail address to get it.  So, I entered my e-mail address and was told that my e-mail does not exist and that I need to register it.  It's seema to be a circle.  Please register my e-mail and send my pin to my e-mail address.
