I do not remember my pin. However, when I ask for the pin to be sent to the e-mail it says that none of the e-mail addresses are registered. I tried three including my daughters. But yet it won't let me get a new pin either because it says we are registered. What do I do?

When you registered for a pin you just put x's in the box for email. I entered the email address you had listed in this thread so you should now be able to get your pin sent to you using the pin reminder feature.
