White Bear Lake JO Volleyball is a member of the North Country Region organization. The primary objective of this web site is to serve our membership and improve communications. WBL JO seeks to provide a community and volunteer-driven program to promote the growth and development of our players. In addition, our Association works to promote a fun, fair, and safe environment that maximizes participation and improves players' skills while developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence.

TO ALL THE WHITE BEAR JO COACHES,
Well another season has come to a close. I for one would like to thank you all for the fantastic job you all did this year. I think for the most part this is the first time in many years we have gone without any coaching issues. I had no phone calls or complaints directed to me all year long. This is a first. I was almost bored this year.
Head Coaches, credit goes to you all for leading your teams and making sure that all info was sent as to have little to no confusion on what to do or where to be for practices or games. I'm sure your leadership also reflected on the girls increased skill levels and game play. JOB WELL DONE! Hope to see you all back next year.
Assistant Coaches, credit goes to you for your support of the head coach and your team. Your help in showing the team / girls that it takes a team effort to plan goals, carry them out, and do what it takes to reach those goals, and your support this year showed that at a higher level. Your record keeping and the web sites was the best we have seen ever. Some could use more work, but most of the web sites from what I could see, FANTASTIC is the word I would use. GREAT JOB! Hope to see you back next year, maybe as head coaches.
