Players wanting to increase vertical jump, speed, quickness, and strength should look into completing the Acceleration North Volleyball program.  Our nationwide program will guarantee performance improvements and allow athletes to compete at a higher level.

Jill Dalhoff

Tammy Rogers

Hobbies/Interests outside of volleyball: I am a very outdoorsy person: I love hunting, fishing, camping etc., I also enjoy playing and watching almost all sports because I tend to be a little competitive, though volleyball has always been my favorite. School is extremely important to me and it becomes more enjoyable every year as I attend. But most of all I love coaching for Junior Olympics because it is away for me to give back to the program in which I have been able to learn and grow from in the past and it has always been an enjoyable experience!
